We ship all orders via Singapore Post. Orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location—please refer below for estimated delivery times.

• Standard Local (Tracked): 2-5 Business Days, up to 4kg, $4

• Southeast Asia (Non-registered): 10–15 business days, price calculated at checkout, based on weight and location. Products sold follow the Delivered At Place (DAP) rules.

If you spend a minimum of $50, shipping in Singapore will be free (with the promo code IDESERVEIT). For deliveries within Southeast Asia, shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of your order.

Please note: Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As a small printing press, we are unfortunately currently unable to accept refunds or exchanges for purchases. However, we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. All deliveries will be fulfilled by SingPost. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We ship to Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines, Cambodia and Malaysia.
